 To see lives transformed through following Jesus-We believe that the gospel has the power to transform the lives of all who believe in Jesus and obey his word. Therefore, we want to see God, by the power of the Holy Spirit, transform the lives of all those at CVPC and in our community!

Our Mission

Making disciples through worship, fellowship, and service.-We believe that the church is called to embody the great commandment and great commission. Therefore, we seek to make disciples of all nations through evangelism, gospel centered worship, fellowship, and service in the community. 

Our Values

Worship: We believe that worship in all aspects is a means of grace and should be centered on giving all glory, honor, and praise to the triune God - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - through word and deed.

Word: We believe in the authority and inerrancy of scripture and follow God’s teachings as the only infallible rule of faith and practice.

Compassion: We are a people characterized by sacrificial steadfast love. We seek to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly before our Savior Jesus Christ. 

Community: We are a covenantal and confessional community of humble saints who pursue life together in unity as members of the body of Christ.
